Warranty
Reflections In Glass warrants to the original purchaser that the bath enclosures (the products ) sold and installed buy Reflections In Glass shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the original sale of the products by Reflections In Glass. Subject to conditions laid out here. The limited warranty only applies only to the materials and workmanship supplied by Reflections in glass.
The limited warranty does not cover use of improper cleaning products or materials, or caused by ACCIDENTS, MISUSE, ABUSE, ALTERATIONS, or OWNER NEGLIGENCE. This warranty does not cover any wearable parts such as, but not limited to seal, sweeps, or any caulking exposed to abusive treatment. Reflections In Glass must be notified within 2 weeks of the start of the issue and must fall within the covered warranty period.
This warranty does not cover direct intentional spray at the joints and/or the hinges of the door. To limit leaking to the outside do not aim body sprays, shower heads , or any other source of water at the door seals and hinges. If the shower curb is pitched outward the warranty is void.
Cleaning with mild cleaners such as 20% vinegar and 80% water mixture will extend the life of all of your hardware, glass, and seals. Using aggressive cleaners can etch and scratch the glass and aluminum.
